Sr. Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to join our Istanbul team.

If you have:

• 5+ years of experience in social media account management in agencies

• Solid knowledge of social media platforms

• Expertise in paid social advertising

• Direct client relationship experience

• Good analytical and communication skills

• A habit of following new trends and innovations

• Team management experience

• Perfect command of written and spoken English

• Strong knowledge of TikTok and platform-specific content dynamics

• Reside in or are willing to relocate to Istanbul

• Developing social media strategy and plans for our clients

• Planning / running / optimizing and reporting paid advertising campaigns

• Delivering continuous improvement recommendations

• Leading creation of new campaign ideas and developing content plans with creative, trendy content ideas in accordance with the dynamics of the medium and brand needs

• Leading and coordinating monthly social media video shoots, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the production process

• Managing post-production workflows and ensuring timely delivery of edited content

• Translating client/brand needs into internal creative briefs

• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, research, and analysis; providing data insights and metrics reporting for clients

• Leading social media teams
